Ember & Aura Collective was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a singular obsession: to prove that photography is not documentation — it's storytelling.

We're drawn to the in-between. The moment before the kiss. The shadow at the edge of the frame. The way candlelight turns skin to gold. Our work lives in that liminal space where editorial precision meets raw, unscripted emotion.

Our name tells our philosophy. Ember — the quiet fire that remains after the blaze, persistent and warm. Aura — the invisible energy that surrounds every person and place. Together, as a Collective, we capture what others overlook.
